On December 16, in Cherkasy, it was held a one-day seminar deals with on the implementation of lean manufacturing at an industrial enterprise.
The seminar was attended by chiefs, specialists and heads of departments of the Fregat company.
The seminar facilitator, Manege Company, has been successfully implementing tools leading to increase of the efficiency in manufacturing for more than 10 years, including the Kaizen philosophy.
Our company has launched the implementation of a lean manufacturing system. This optimization process will increase the consumption value of the product, productivity and the company value as a whole, as well as eliminate losses.
