The staff of The Plant Fregat has many experienced specialists, but the development and improvement of business processes are impossible without the involvement of young employees. That is why the development strategy of the enterprise includes establishing cooperation with educational institutions. Recently, the representatives of The Plant Fregat have met with the leaders of the Pervomaysk Polytechnic University and the college of the National University of Shipbuilding named after Admiral Nakhimov. The directors of educational institutions Sergey Dotsenko and Tatyana Kostyukova discussed with the head of the Fregat business Arthur Kheruvimov, the chairman of the board Andrii Kupkov and the head of the human resources department Alexander Ignatiev the possibilities of establishing communication between the institutions and the Plant in order to improve the professional skills of students.
The participants agreed that all parties are interested in cooperation: students will have the opportunity to undergo practical training directly at the enterprise, and after graduation, they will be employed at newly created promising vacancies. After signing a tripartite memorandum between the parties of the negotiations, these plans will be implemented. Consequently, now the youth will have the opportunity to get a decent job in their degree, and the company will train new personnel to implement its ambitious development strategy.
