Our factory – one of the country’s largest machine-building plants, which produces steel structures, components and assemblies for various machinery, equipment for agriculture, food and processing industry, hydraulic products. The plant has concluded a major contract for the production of road safety barriers, so there was demand for such specialties as a turner, puncher, galvanizer, transporter, smith, thread-grinder and others.
The head of the human resources department of  PJSC Plant “Fregat” Alexander Ignatiev, lead a video presentation, during which introduced the products of the plant and working conditions, and also told about available vacancies, wage. HR Director Vitaly Lysyy management company spoke about the financial condition of the enterprise and familiarized with the key principles of the new development strategy of the plant.
The event was attended by about a hundred people, which received satisfactory answers to the questions that interested them.
